Cohort is listed on AIM and is neither required to comply with the 2003 FRC Combined Code (the Code) nor issue a statement of compliance with it. Nevertheless, the board fully supports the principles set out in the Code and is in the process of complying wherever possible, having regard to the size of the Company and the resources available to it.
